By accessing or using Droppr. ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of Droppr., including account holders and visitors who sign up to waitlists.

2. Description of Service

Droppr. is a waitlist widget service that allows businesses and developers to collect email signups, manage waitlists, and track referrals. You can embed the Droppr widget on any website or web application using our provided JavaScript snippet.

3. Account Registration

To use Droppr., you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@iapplabs.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Droppr. to:

• Send unsolicited commercial email (spam)
• Collect email addresses for any illegal purpose
• Abuse or overload the widget infrastructure (automated submissions, bots)
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Service for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Data Collection

By using Droppr., you acknowledge that we collect email addresses of waitlist subscribers on your behalf. You are the data controller for your waitlist subscribers' data. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your subscribers in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR). 6. Service Availability

Droppr. is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iAppLabs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Droppr., including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
